This Operations Manager will oversee four clinics, Corewell Health Family Practice & Walk-in, Pediatrics Ludington, Family and Internal Medicine Ludington and Family Practice Hart.
Collaborating with the Director Operations, this Operations Manager rotates with their two supervisors for coverage across the four clinics. The team numbers approximately fifty-five and includes clinical team members and professional office staff supporting twenty-two providers.
Our ideal candidate will have business acumen: the knowledge, skills, and experiences to make sound decisions and drive successful outcomes for the practices. The energy to lead this team to continued success for the patients in our community.
Scope of work
Responsible for the structure and daily operation of assigned physician practice site(s), managing and collaborating with the staff, providers and other departments and professionals. Manages the efficient and productive operations of the site(s) with a focus on quality and customer service. Manages multiple sites and specialty programs.
