This is Hybrid role (3 days in office /2 days remote)
A great opportunity for recent college graduates, and seniors graduating in the spring or winter who are interested in pursuing a career in financial services and brokerage. Our hands-on training program is specifically designed for entry-level candidates, pairing you with a mentor and immersing you in a cohesive team within a nurturing and supportive culture. Over the course of 18 months, you will rotate through various institutional services teams while securing your Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses. Upon completion, you will transfer to our sales team.
About your Team:
The Institutional Services team is made up of several specialized groups: Professional Services, Prime Services, Broker Services, and Onboarding. Each team has a distinct focus and plays a crucial role in supporting our hedge fund, institutional, and high-net-worth clients. Team members take ownership of client inquiries, serving as the main point of contact and collaborating with other departments to ensure effective resolution.
