Team/Role Overview:
The Cross Border Funds Transfer team’s goal is to provide our clients with a superior client experience, innovative product and solution set that maximize Citi’s penetration of cross-border flows - resulting in Citi continuing to lead the industry and find unique ways to solve for its varied client needs. Citi is widely considered to be the market leader in Cross-border flows due to its ability to effect payments in over 140 currencies, its in-country presence in nearly 100 countries coupled with its strong regional solution sets. At its core, Citi intends to continue to reinvent itself in this space, serving a very large portfolio of clients with globally significant flows, by increasing digitization and easing the complexities associated with these flows.

What you’ll do:
Cross-border Payments is a key strength and differentiator for Citi, given the significant depth of the branch network and years of operating experience, many of them exceeding 100+ years. The depth of local operations coupled with years of experience dealing with regulators and multiple market participants, FMI and other network partners makes Citi’s Cross-border business market leading and amongst the largest in the industry. It is one of Citi’s Treasury and Trade Service (TTS) most important business lines.
The business operates very closely with the domestic franchise as well as in perfect harmony with Citi’s market leading Foreign Exchange Business. The Cross-border Payments and Receivables business intermediates and processes flows generated by Corporates, Banks, Financial Institutions and Governments.

This is a dynamic senior product management role requiring the individual to display an excellent understanding of client experience needs, perform continuous market scans, drive innovation and work across multiple Service’s product groups and geographies.
Our product managers work collaboratively to piece together coherent and well-integrated solutions, while at the same time evaluating and engaging various internal and external partners to augment TTS’s core product offerings that deliver global value for our customers. This role offers a unique experience as a senior product manager in the Global Cross-border funds transfer product team.
