We are looking for a Channel Programs Manager (x|f|m) at Sartorius in Saudi Arabia.The Channel Programs Manager (x|f|m) is responsible for the development, organization and implementation of marketing campaigns for the Middle East & Africa sales partners based on strategic and regional-related goals.

• Select and develop effective marketing programs and promotional tools.
• Develop lead-generation strategies and create measures to promote products in collaboration with channel partners.
• Independently implement campaign plans, manage budgets, and evaluate channel program performance through regular reporting.
• Organize and coordinate events, including sales conferences, trainings, and seminars for sales partners and end customers.
• Oversee event planning, execution, budgeting, and post-event billing
• Design and execute partner-focused product launch activities.
• Create tailored implementation packages with relevant product information and support partner sales enablement training.
• Optimize partners’ e-business capabilities by collaborating with Digital Commerce Specialist for e-procurement projects.
• Collaborate with Master Data Management & Product Marketing Management to ensure accurate product data is updated and available across partner websites and e-commerce channels.
• Report to leadership, providing performance , insights and recommendations

What will convince us

• Academic degree in marketing or related field
• Proven experience in marketing, ideally in life sciences or comparable industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to cater to different stakeholders, both internal and external
• High project management proficiency
• Familiar with laboratory product portfolio
• Capability to devise, measure and monitor KPIs indicative of channel marketing performance
• Fluent in English and Arabic as required for regional engagement
