The company is redefining the scope of the clean energy industry by enabling new pathways between clean electricity and the broader economy to enable the deep decarbonization of our economy. We are on an aggressive growth trajectory and are staffing key positions.

Location & Team Gatherings
As a fully remote team, we prioritize building strong connections and a collaborative culture. To strengthen bonds beyond our daily virtual interactions, we host company-wide Team Weeks four times a year, bringing everyone together in person.
To further enhance our team spirit, we’re also establishing regional hubs in key cities—Houston, TX; Denver, CO; NYC Metro Area; Calgary, Canada; Toronto, Canada; the Bay Area and San Diego, CA, and we are currently hiring candidates from those locations. These hubs offer optional opportunities for informal gatherings and team-building, allowing colleagues to meet, collaborate, and connect in relaxed, in-person settings.

About This Position
We are seeking an experienced High Voltage Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of large-scale substation and transmission line projects in California. This position focuses on managing the construction of utility-scale infrastructure at up to 500kV, while collaborating closely with teams from Development, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and Operations. Reporting to the Director of Construction Project Management, the ideal candidate will have substantial experience in high-voltage projects and a strong track record of working with California utilities.
This role requires deep technical knowledge of substation and transmission construction, regulatory compliance, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish.

If you are currently under a non-compete agreement with a previous employer, we kindly request that you carefully review the terms of that agreement and ensure that your potential employment with us does not violate those terms.
