The Opportunity

Midtown Athletic Club in Chicago, Illinois is seeking a dynamic and passionate Regional Membership Sales Director to lead and energize our Membership Advisor team, helping them unlock their potential and connect more people to the Midtown experience. What you’ll do

• Cultivate a high-performing, motivated sales culture
• Coach and empower advisors to exceed their goals
• Develop and implement creative sales strategies collaboratively with our Sales Leadership Team that align with Midtown’s mission and values.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate the Midtown experience
• Build strong relationships with members, prospects, and our active communities
• Serve as a full member of the club’s cross-functional Senior Leadership Team to deliver a seamless member experience
• Represent the Midtown brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of team success
• 5+ years of total sales experience, ideally in a consultative, relationship-driven, environment
• A proven ability to inspire and influence
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A passion for wellness, community, and personal development

This position has a posted compensation range of: $100, 000 -142,000 (inclusive of base pay, commission, and bonuses)
