Job Description:

The Role: Talent Acquisition Administrator

The Talent Acquisition Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team. This role ensures smooth and efficient recruitment operations by managing interview coordination, new‑hire documentation, and system data entry, while delivering a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team across multiple open requisitions.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.

  • Prepare interview logistics including meeting invitations as well as registration details.

  • Support the TA team in creating and maintaining requisitions and new‑hire records in the Workday system.

  • Follow up with new hires to ensure timely completion of onboarding and employment paperwork.

  • Complete, verify, and compile new‑hire documentation, including assisting with submission of offer letters for stamping.

What We Seek:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment administration, HR operations, HR generalist, or recruiting roles.

  • Previous experience supporting Talent Acquisition is preferred.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • A customer‑focused mindset with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Experience supporting high‑volume hiring.

  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring workflows.

  • A proactive, adaptable, meticulous, and collaborative team‑oriented approach.
