Chaque année, Otis France recrute et accompagne plus de 200 alternants.
Otis développe son activité et recherche pour la rentrée de septembre 2026 son ou sa futur(e) alternant(e) RH. Sous la direction de la Responsable Ressources Humaines, vous intégrerez l'entité Otis située à Nanterre.
Au cours de votre alternance, vous serez accompagné(e) par un tuteur expérimenté/le HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) de l'entité SIEGE SOCIAL, qui vous accompagnera et vous fera monter en compétences. Vous pourrez gérer des projets en toute autonomie en lien avec diverses parties prenantes de l'entreprise. En tant qu'alternant RRH , vos missions seront de :
Liste non-exhaustive qui sera amenée à évoluer en fonction de la motivation et des appétences de l'alternant(e). Ce poste est généraliste et polyvalent et vous permettra d'appréhender le rôle des RH dans des domaines divers et variés tels que le recrutement, la formation, les relations sociales, l'administration du personnel...
