  • Change management capabilities, including developing and executing change plans, managing resistance, and driving adoption across impacted teams and regions.

  • In-depth knowledge of multiple project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), with the flexibility to apply the most effective approach based on project needs and organizational maturity.

  • Strong vendor management and coordination skills, including oversight of third-party deliverables, contractual compliance, and service-level assurance.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and value creation throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to remain effective in dynamic, fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
