Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the operations, setup, repairs, and maintenance of facilities across various departments at MGM, including HVAC & BMS, Life & Safety, Duty and Utilities, Electrical, Hotel, Kitchen, Casino, and C&P

  • Oversee construction, relocation, and renovation activities, and implement effective project governance and communication. 

  • Manage on-site observations and pre-construction planning and ensure project success criteria are met. 

  • Coordinate with Project Consultants to ensure valuable feedback on contractors’ submissions, as well as maintain project quality and adherence to standards. 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years working experience, from a hospitality related industry, properties and Building Service Management in similar capacity

  • Bachelor or above Degree in either Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or other rated discipline

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office suite of products
