Job Title: Senior Project Lead - Greenfield

What this job involves: 

•  Overseeing groundbreaking greenfield projects from initiation to completion 

•  Managing cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to foster collaboration 

•  Implementing innovative and sustainable practices to enhance project efficiency 

•  Handling budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management 

•  Building and maintaining strong client relationships 

•  Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development 

•  Identifying project risks and ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices

 

What we're looking for: 

•  Bachelor's degree in a related field 

•  10 to 15 years of experience leading greenfield projects in a senior role 

•  Strong project management skills with a track record of on-time, within-budget delivery 

•  Excellent communication and leadership abilities 

•  Solid financial management and problem-solving skills 

•  Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams 

•  Strong background in implementing innovative and sustainable practices
