Our Newest Opportunity: 

The Growth Academy Program Leader is a strategic architect and hands-on leader responsible for designing, delivering, and evolving a world-class sales coaching and training curriculum. This role partners closely with  sales/practice leaders, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams to accelerate the development of high-potential producers and drive scalable growth across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Strategy & Design
    • Evolve and continuously refine the Growth Academy’s sales training and coaching framework aligned with business goals.
    • Integrate best practices in adult learning, performance coaching, and sales enablement.
    • Measure learning effectiveness as related to producers’ success metrics
  • Facilitation & Coaching
    • Lead engaging training sessions for sales teams, including onboarding, skill development, and leadership readiness.
    • Provide targeted coaching to high-potential producers to elevate performance and career trajectory.
  • Executive & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Partner with senior sales leaders and practice leadership to align program goals with strategic priorities.
    • Represent the Growth Academy in leadership forums and business reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with all Practices, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure training content is relevant, timely, and impactful.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and feedback across departments.
  • Vendor & Resource Management
    • Evaluate, onboard, and manage external training vendors and consultants.
    • Ensure quality, consistency, and ROI of outsourced learning solutions.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of facilitators/coaches, instructional designers, and program managers. (indirectly and directly)
    • Cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team culture.

  • Coaching & Development: Skilled in coaching and facilitating development conversations or workshops.
  • Executive Presence: The ability to project confidence, credibility, and clarity in high-stakes environments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: The capacity to work effectively across departments, breaking down silos to achieve shared goals.
  • Operational Excellence: A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes through efficient processes, strong execution, and continuous improvement.
  • People Leadership: The ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve high performance.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines (e.g., using tools like Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project).
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of the business model, market dynamics, and financial drivers that impact organizational success.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: The drive to challenge the status quo, experiment with new ideas, and refine processes for better outcomes.

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, coaching, or learning & development within a high-growth environment.
  • Strong facilitation and executive presence; able to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable training programs and coaching frameworks.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing vendors and leading teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications in coaching, instructional design, or related fields preferred.

  • Sales Performance Impact
    • % increase in sales metrics and goal attainment among trained cohorts.
    • Performance improvement of high-potential producers post-coaching (tracked via sales metrics).
  • Program Engagement & Satisfaction
    • Training program Net Promoter Score (NPS) or satisfaction rating ≥ 85%.
    • Participation rate in Growth Academy programs across target audiences.
  • Curriculum Effectiveness
    • % of producers demonstrating skill improvement via pre/post assessments.
    • Time-to-ramp reduction for new sales hires.
  • Leadership Alignment
    • Executive and senior sales leader satisfaction with program outcomes and strategic alignment.
    • Frequency and quality of leadership engagement in Growth Academy initiatives.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • On-time delivery of training programs and initiatives.
    • Budget adherence and ROI on vendor partnerships.
  • Team Development
    • Team engagement scores and retention rates.
    • Achievement of individual and team development goals.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $190,000 to $215,000 per year 

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.  We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
