The IT Analyst is a supportive role within Application Engineering.
This position will provide you the opportunity to develop, support, and build engineering knowledge. You’ll be on the forefront of business-critical technology projects.
- Collaborate with delivery and application teams to align plans and roadmaps.
- Refine and mature internal application decommissioning processes.
- Create and maintain internal documentation including key metrics and executive reporting.
- Participate in Application Lifecycle assessment reviews, targeting future decommissioning candidates.
- Partner with the business and application teams to ensure adherence to operations standards.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other tools including but not limited to Confluence, and Candor.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written and an ability to use your own initiative and prioritize.
Use analytics in the preparation of status reports for c-suite audience.
Ability to describe complex ideas in a simple way.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
