The Director of Marketing Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing the processes, technologies,
and data systems that power the marketing organization. This role is crucial in building an efficient, scalable,
and data-driven marketing environment that supports the achievement of marketing goals, aligns cross-
functional teams, and drives continuous improvement across all marketing functions. The ideal candidate will
be highly analytical, strategic, and experienced in managing marketing systems, campaign execution,
analytics, and overall marketing performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
Strategic Planning & Support- 70%
Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with
business objectives.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize campaign execution, streamline workflows, and
reduce operational inefficiencies.
Oversee the marketing tech stack, including the selection, implementation, and maintenance of marketing
automation, CRM, and other marketing systems.
Stay informed on marketing technology trends and make recommendations on tools to enhance marketing
performance and efficiency.
Define and track key performance metrics to measure marketing effectiveness, ROI, and overall
operational efficiency.
Lead the development and optimization of dashboards and reporting systems to provide actionable insights
for marketing and executive leadership.
Champion a data-driven, continuous improvement mindset across the marketing organization.
Track and report on the entire marketing funnel
Marketing ops professionals play a critical role in tracking, attributing, and analyzing marketing
performance. They establish key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor campaign results, and provide
insights to help the marketing team make data-driven decisions.

Manage the distribution of jobs across our current network of job board partnerships and identify new
opportunities for partnerships.
Ensure efficient lead managements processes and automation and continue iteration to reduce time to
distribute leads into Salesforce.
Optimize comprehensive email and SMS marketing campaigns by implementing personalization,
segmentation, and automation strategies, while continuously refining performance based on key
engagement metrics like open rates and click-through rates.
Ensure marketing operations comply with legal and data privacy regulations.
Develop and manage end-to-end marketing funnels, ensuring clear funnel definitions and stages for lead
acquisition, nurturing, conversion, and retention, while analyzing and optimizing performance metrics at
each stage to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Team Management - 30%
Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to direct reports, junior associates, and partners
Conduct one-to-one coaching with direct reports, provides feedback, and ensures performance
accountability
Oversee team output of direct email marketing campaigns, ensuring that campaigns comply with
regulations and adhere to LT.com brand guidelines
Lead team meetings
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
May work on special projects or other duties as assigned
Interacts with customers, clients, partners, or providers outside of the company as needed
SUPERVISORY/BUDGETARY/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY
Supervises a team of 3 direct reports
Budgetary responsibility of less than $100,000 or indirect responsibility

QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS
Requires 6-9 years of experience in a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Working knowledge of Salesforce or relative CRM systems
