Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our SharePoint Online – Senior Support Analyst team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Monitor, install, configure, and administer SharePoint environments (SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2016+), including ongoing platform health checks.
Provide L1/L2 production support by troubleshooting incidents, debugging system alerts, and driving issues through to resolution within agreed timelines.
Document technical investigation and findings for unresolved issues, and coordinate escalations with dependent teams (e.g., DBA, hardware, development) to ensure efficient resolution.
Perform regular maintenance and housekeeping of SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists, and ensure support and change processes are followed as defined by the lead/manager.
Support business-critical releases and operations, including on-call/war-room coverage for Sev1 incidents and support during non-core hours and planned weekend releases.
Maintain accurate operational documentation, including ensuring CA reflects up-to-date server and application changes and configuration information.
What you need to have:
8+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years supporting SharePoint and 3+ years of SharePoint development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint development and scripting, including PnP and PowerShell.
Proven development capability using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), CSOM, REST APIs, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience working directly with clients/stakeholders, including providing clear and regular status updates.

Experience working across both SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016 (or later), including hybrid/on-prem to cloud considerations.
Experience delivering migration projects from SharePoint on-premise to SharePoint Online using appropriate tools/techniques.
Domain exposure within Insurance, Banking, Financial Services (BFSI) and/or experience with project and people management responsibilities.
