What will you do?

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end systems to support our AI-driven platform.

• Implement Python-based microservices within Kubernetes, ensuring seamless integration and communication between services in the cloud.

• Develop and optimize complex AI systems with multiple layers, including routers, agents, evaluation (LLM-as-a-judge), and AI monitoring.

• Contribute to the architecture of our AI solution, which we’re building from scratch, and help bring it into the production phase.

• Ensure scalability, performance, and security across our systems.

• Manages underlying infrastructure.

• Closely cooperate with subject-matter experts like senior engineers, UX Designers, and PMs.

About you

• Proficiency in Python and experience with building microservices.

• Familiarity with generative AI concepts, and an interest in building AI-driven solutions.

• Experience with cloud-based back-end systems and distributed architectures (such as Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, Protobuf, Pulsar, AWS, GCP, Azure...).

• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

• You are proactive and self-driven.

• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
  

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Prompt engineering, LLM Ops, RAG framework, Langchain and GenAI stack.

• Experience with CI/CD style of development.

• Familiarity with data science concepts or building ML infrastructure.
