What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is building out increased actuarial capabilities into its provider/payer strategic consulting practice. Come join a senior actuary in launching this exciting new solution. You will be:
- Providing financial analysis and projections for payer and provider clients
- Leading client presentations
- Providing project management for multi-step projects
- Mentoring junior staff
- Assisting with growth strategy of new solution
What You Will Need:
Minimum bachelor's degree or higher
This person must have 7 years of relevant work experience to include the following:
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience providing support to clients with quick turnarounds
- Ability to assess impact of new regulations on payers and providers
- Knowledge of Medicare and/or Part D bids
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to draw complex conclusions from data
- Ability to delegate work to actuaries and data analysts
- Experience with oral presentations and written reports
The annual salary range for this position is $144,400.00-$216,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
