What You Will Do:

· Manage a group of customers to achieve designated sales target levels.

· Develop profitable business with new and existing customers.

· Possess and apply detailed product knowledge, as well as thorough knowledge of client’s business.

· Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.

· Introduce new products/services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients.

· Submit short- and long-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies utilizing available market programs to reach nominated targets.

· Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.

· Ensure that clients receive high quality customer service.

· Inform clients of new products and services as they are introduced.

· Migrate information to appropriate sales representatives when clients have additional service needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or other relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of relevant experience in the oilfield services industry
  • Working knowledge of Electric Submersible Pump sizing
  • Analytical skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to plan and execute strategies and initiatives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, persuade, and collaborate
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Consistently demonstrate the following competencies: Negotiation skills, decision quality, business acumen, financial acumen
  • Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers
