Overview of the Job:
- The role is responsible for shaping the merchandising strategy, managing the consumer product offering, and leading end-to-end product conversation with Global and Geo counterparts to drive sustainable growth for Nike Kids.
- Focus on Kids Sportswear footwear

- Direct report to GC Kids footwear merchandising director
Key Partnership:
- GC Kids x-functional team
- Global Kids merchandising
- GC merchandising
Job Responsibility:
- Be a consumer, product and merchandising expert.
- Initiate creative ideas for Kids product development.
- Partner with global on GC product request. Provide GC insight & deliver long term product line plan.
- Product management encompasses setting GC's strategic intent, managing the product lifecycle, determining pricing and flow, and conducting performance analysis.
- Keep end in mind. Work with the marketplace team to drive assortment segmentation and differentiation.
Skills / Experience Required
- Consumer product merchandising experience / knowledge
- Curious about Kids consumer and footwear products. Offers creative ideas and innovative solutions.
- Look to the future. Proactively observe consumers, identify insights, and translate them into strategic product requests.
- Strong communication skills to hold constructive dialogue
- Demonstrate openness to change and convey a desire to achieve meaningful results
- Fluent in English
- Retail and financial acumen
