We are seeking a visionary AI Solutions Architect to drive the strategic development of AI-driven products and services. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, a deep understanding of Data Science technologies, and the ability to provide strategic direction and technical leadership in Data and AI.

Key Responsibilities

•  Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop AI strategies aligned with business goals.

•  Design and architect scalable, secure AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with HP Industrial Print's systems.

•  Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to development teams.

•  Oversee data collection, preparation, and governance, ensuring data quality and compliance.

•  Lead the development, testing, and deployment of machine learning models and AI algorithms.

•  Monitor and maintain the performance of AI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

•  Stay current with AI advancements and conduct research to explore new AI techniques and applications.

•  Evaluate and select AI tools, platforms, and vendors, managing relationships with external partners.

•   Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines and industry standards, addressing biases.

•  Lead AI projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

•  Engage with customers to understand their AI needs and demonstrate tailored solutions.

Qualifications

•     Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced business degree is a plus.

•   Over 7 years of proven experience in designing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

•  Hands-on experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R and strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

•  Experience in designing scalable, secure, and robust AI architectures. Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

•   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

•   Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

•   Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams. Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

•  Commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

•   Experience managing AI projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within budget and time constraints. Experience in agile environments is a plus.

•    Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud platforms are a plus.

•  Fluency in English (equivalent to C1 or higher).
