As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions aligning business needs with technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, UI/UX designers, data engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and efficient software solutions.

Responsibilities:


1. Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
2. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.
3. Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and organizational standards.
4. System Integration: Define and oversee the integration of various software components, third-party systems, and APIs to create cohesive and interoperable solutions.
5. Prototyping and Proof of Concepts: Develop prototypes and proof of concepts to validate technical feasibility and demonstrate proposed solutions to stakeholders.
6. Observability Implementation: Design and implement observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, and tracing capabilities, to ensure visibility into platform performance, health, and behavior.
7. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to solution architecture and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
9. Performance Optimization: Collaborate with developers to optimize the performance of software applications, conducting performance analysis and implementing necessary optimizations.
10. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of solution architectures, design decisions, and technical specifications.
11. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software engineering and architecture, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Solution Architect or in a similar role within software engineering.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices· Deep understanding of digital platform architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming languages like c#, java or python, with a strong foundation in software development.
  • In-depth knowledge of Relational database and NoSQL database with database design, optimization and management.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services.
  • Experience with Observability tools like Datadog, Dynatrace etc.
  • Experience with utilizing Git for version control, branching, and merging strategies, ensuring effective collaboration and code management across development teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
  • Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
