What is the opportunity?

The RBC Dominion Securities management team located in Montréal is looking for a Receptionist to join their team! As the Receptionist for RBC Wealth Management, you will be the initial point of contact for our Montréal PVM 5 office. You will be responsible for greeting and receiving clients, guests, and staff in a professional and courteous manner. As a valued member of our team, you will also assist with catering and other administrative duties, as required.

What will you do?

• Answer and manage all calls on the reception phone.
• Help manage incoming communications from clients, advisors, and other internal and external partners.
• Provide attentive and accurate service to clients and respond to their needs.
• Complete administrative tasks to help the management team (e.g., manage office stationery orders, boardroom scheduling, catering, providing support to the Branch Operations Managers, etc.).
• Assist with coordinating staff functions.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• A minimum of 2 years experience working in an office environment
• Strong skills in working with various business applications/technology
• Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs
• Strong multi-tasking skills

Nice-to-have

• Post-secondary education
• Experience in financial services
