Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization and contribute to its overall success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design, develop, and test SAP HCM Time Management applications. - Configure and customize SAP HCM Time Management modules to meet specific business needs. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM Time Management applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management. - Experience with SAP HCM Time Management modules such as Time Recording, Absence Management, and Time Evaluation. - Strong understanding of SAP HCM Time Management processes and functionalities. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM Time Management modules. - Knowledge of integration between SAP HCM Time Management and other SAP modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Experience with SAP HCM Time Management implementation projects. - Knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
