Job Description Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition, will be responsible for identifying pools of named and known talent, and converting them to active job applicants for current and future positions. This position will develop and implement the company’s web-based marketing strategy to promote the company’s brand, attract visitors and potential leads, and generate new applicants for the organization. Supports social media strategy by developing a content strategy to highlight culture and communicate open positions and opportunities.

  • Identify pools of named and known talent (both internally and externally), engage/screen and convert to active job applicants for current and future positions.
  • Proactively identify candidate slates by pursuing and qualifying passive candidates through tools such as LinkedIn and Entelo. 
  • Collaborate and build trusted relationships with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand position requirements with focus on the knowledge, skills & abilities required.
  • Support social media strategy by developing a content strategy to highlight culture and communicate open positions and opportunities. 
  • Post content as directed.
  • Monitor key external review sites such as Glassdoor, Indeed, and partner with HR to address comments of significance that may affect the organization’s perception and reputation.
  • Manage market messaging to desirable talent, increasing the applicant flow through various channels.
  • Maintain accurate information in the applicant tracking system, through a consistent communication strategy with a pipelined network of prospects.
  • Promote WTH brand and culture with active & passive candidates via web-based marketing strategies and campaigns utilizing the WTH website(s).
  • Collaborates with web development and design teams; provides guidance on marketing-related aspects of our web presence.
  • Develops and expands web presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources; promotes company brand through these channels.
  • Drafts, implements, maintains, and revises online marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue to the company.
  • Coordinates with other team members to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website(s).
  • Collaborates with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the WTH site(s).
  • Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to support the team.
