Position Overview:

The Provider Engagement Representative responsibilities include building and maintaining outstanding relationships with Zelis Payment client contacts;

obtaining and verifying any necessary information via phone and email to successfully and efficiently process their payments.

THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION. IN-OFFICE 2 DAYS PER WEEK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact client after specified time period if product has not been used; resolve any outstanding issues they may have.
  • Contact client to obtain any missing information in order to successfully process their claim payments.
  • Assist providers in processing credit card payments.
  • Reach out to providers who have opted in for electronic payment via credit card and help them understand how to run payments and answer any questions they may have about the electronic payment process.
  • Promote and assist providers with enrolling in the Zelis ACH solution.
  • Educate providers on the benefits of the Zelis Provider Portal.
  • Maintain awareness of and ensure adherence to ZELIS PAYMENTS standards regarding privacy.

Professional Experience:

  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office products
  • This is a client facing position, so excellent customer service skills are required.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects, develop innovate solutions, execute a strategic plan and deliver superior results
  • Basic project management concepts
  • Works on assignments that are complex in nature in which judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems
  • Thorough knowledge of company and departmental policies and procedures

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India.
