Field Technical Services primarily engages in field services and collaborates with Laboratory Technical Services to carry out its operations:

• Field Services
• Collaborate with sales to plan and provide support plans to achieve sales targets.
• Plan and provide technical services for acquiring new projects and customer retention.
• Plan and support activities for customer engagement and lead acquisition by sales.
• Plan and conduct internal training programs.
• Laboratory Services
• Design tests according to request conditions.
• Implement test planning and preparation, data collection, and analysis.
• Manage and maintain equipment, ensure laboratory safety.
• Manage inventory of reagents and consumables, replenish necessary items.
• Product Representative Duties
• Provide technical support for sales, marketing, quality control, and customer response for designated products.
• Exchange technical information globally for designated products.
• Support for New Product Introduction and Quality Improvement
• Participate in projects led by other departments, provide advice and proposals from a technical perspective.
• Acquisition of Technical Service Skills and Development of Group Members
• Attend training programs and acquire necessary technical service skills within the designated period.
• Serve as an instructor for training programs and develop group members.
• Reporting/Sharing
• Regularly report your activities and share information within the group.
• Participate in APAC region and global meetings for technical information collection and sharing, and report and consult.
