A Day in the Life

Lead transformation initiatives within the Sales Operations support team, driving process improvements and operational excellence. Initially, focus on delivering results as a transformation project manager, and later take on team management responsibilities, including people leadership, as needed.

Sales Operationsは、営業組織を支える業務プロセスの最適化やデジタル化、BPO・コールセンター運用管理に加え、各種レポーティングやデータバリデーションも担う営業サポート部門です。営業活動の効率化と顧客満足度向上を目的に、システム運用、業務改善、データ分析、AI・自動化推進など多様な活動を行っています。

＜業務内容＞

●営業現場を支えるサポート部隊の変革リーダーとしてSales Operationsチームのプロジェクトリード業務全般を担当いただきます。具体的には、以下の業務を担当して頂きます。

• 変革ロードマップの策定・推進
• オペレーション設計の刷新とシステム連携の最適化
• サービス運用の集約と標準化
• ガバナンス強化と外部リソースの最適化
• AI / Automationの導入と拡張

また、業務プロセスの効率化・品質向上、チームメンバーの育成・指導、関係部門との連携強化など、管理者としての役割を積極的に果たしていただきます。

●まずは変革PMとして成果創出に注力し、その後はニーズに応じてチーム運営（ピープルマネジメントを含む）の役割を担って頂くことを想定しています。

＜Must Haves＞

Job Experience

• 業務プロセスやチーム運営の改善・変革を主体的に推進した経験
• マネージャーとしてのピープルマネジメント経験
• AI／自動化ツール（Copilot、Power Automate、生成AI等）を用いた業務改善の実践経験
• 継続的改善（Kaizen／Lean等）とプロジェクトマネジメントの実践経験（品質改善、コスト削減など定量成果）

Skill / Knowledge

• 複数ステークホルダーを束ねる高いコミュニケーション力
• Microsoft 365（Teams／Excel／Word／PowerPoint）の実務スキル
• 英語：TOEIC900点以上または同等のビジネス英語力
• ネイティブ相当の日本語
