THE ROLE
As the Lounge Manager, you will play a pivotal role in curating an unparalleled guest experience at our exclusive hospitality lounges during the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2026.
From February 2nd to February 22nd, 2026, you will be responsible for creating a warm ambiance and ensuring exceptional service for our esteemed guests by coordinating all service providers, stadium operator/owner, police, emergency services and other relevant partners in the lounge.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operational Excellence:
Manage day-to-day lounge operations, overseeing personnel coordination, stock management, and logistics to guarantee a seamless and efficient operation.
- Guest Experience:
Ensure a first-class customer service experience, anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs, and swiftly addressing any challenges to exceed expectations.
- Team Leadership:
Train and lead a dedicated service team of providers, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
- Event Coordination:
Collaborate closely with the event team to organize and execute the event, receptions, and activities, ensuring each occasion is unique and memorable.
- Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, health regulations, and local compliance, always maintaining a secure and enjoyable environment.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Proven experience in managing luxury spaces, preferably within the hospitality or events sector.
Exceptional team management skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment, demonstrating strong organizational capabilities and quick problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to alcohol and catering.
