Are you interested in working for a company that makes a difference?  If so, Keystone Human Services has an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Payroll Coordinator.  This is a hybrid position supporting operations in the Harrisburg, PA area.  
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible to support the payroll processes and maintain employee time records. This position works closely with Human Resources and Finance staff on a regular basis to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Acts as a back up to the Payroll Manager in the processing of all payroll transactions. 
•    Enters, maintains, and processes information in the payroll system. 
•    Supports the timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. 
•    Generates, analyzes and distributes payroll and time keeping reports
•    Issues, or reissues checks, replacement checks or direct deposits. 
•    Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws, best practices and company policy. 
•    Supports the HR Administrative Services team as needed. 
•    Routinely interacts with HR team members to resolve issues and answer payroll related questions; supports employees and supervisors as needed.

Requirements:
•    A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. 
•    A minimum of two years of payroll experience 
•    Must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills and attention to detail. 
•    Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to maintain confidentiality. 
•    Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret and apply written information. 
•    Ability to learn and apply intermediate computer skills, including the use of software and other web-based systems. 
•    Ability to pass required background checks and clearances. 
•    Valid driver’s license and may be required to have daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle.
