Join us as an HR Advisor in a 6 months Fix term contract, Part time.

The HR Advisor is
a pivotal role supporting our global clients in navigating HR processes. Act as the main point of contact for HR inquiries throughout the worker life cycle, collaborating closely with the local HR Services Manager and various global teams to ensure smooth onboarding, legal compliance, and effective support for complex HR projects. As an integral part of the team, contribute to the enhancement of service quality, offboarding processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. How you will make a difference: 

  • Acting as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries throughout the worker life cycle.

  • Supporting the delivery of HR processes, including handbooks, policies, and procedures.

  • Ensuring legal compliance in all aspects of HR operations, including various employment contracts and management processes.

  • Providing support and advice on salary analysis and recommendations.

  • Contributing to onboarding, offboarding processes, including voluntary & involuntary exits and retirements.

  • Maintaining employees' personal data in accordance with local laws.

  • Collaborating with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Line Management.

  • Identifying gaps in processes and recommending/implementing changes to mitigate risks.

  • Partnering with the HR Services Manager to enhance the efficiency of HR operations, payroll compliance and other complex HR projects/issues.

  • Working together with associated benefit providers to ensure legally compliant benefit packages for workers.

  • Providing benefit costing updates to Supply Chain and Line Management.

  • Offering support in payroll-related tasks as needed.

What will make you stand out:   

  • Relevant HR experience working with Dutch labour laws and regulations.

  • Willing to work in a 6 months fix term contract-Part time

  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and resilience.

  • Demonstrated high level of accountability, customer focus and initiative.

  • Deadline-oriented with experience in Zendesk or any ticketing system (an advantage).
