THE WORK:  

• Specialize in one of the exciting areas of Natural Resources (Metals, Mining, Forest Products, Building Materials), constantly seeking innovation and advancement.
• Actively involved in innovative projects helping clients transform, grow, and adapt, in an increasingly digital world.
• Play a key role in developing cutting-edge digital solutions, enthusiastic about professional growth.
• Manage client relationships, providing industry insight, and making use of Traditional and New Generation Digital and Cloud offerings to transform the way our clients do business.
• Develop new consulting capabilities in Natural Resources Industry, including but not limited to Digital Transformation and Analytics, write and support client proposals, and maintain deep industry knowledge, thriving on continuous advancement.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

• Strong understanding of Natural Resources industry value chain, from commercial to supply chain.
• Interest in management consulting work related to IT and business process transformation, and experience in business function or e.g. SAP (S/4 Hana) technical role.
• Proficient in MS Office and hands-on with digital solutions like IoT, Cloud, Analytics, and Visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI.
• Excellent English communication skills; adaptable and resilient in challenging environments.
• Capable of working globally with onshore/offshore models; sensitive to diverse cultures and styles.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: 

• Experience working on various manufacturing scenarios like MTO, MTS, CBP.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, LeanKit, Planbox or knowledge of Python, SQL and other programming.
• Knowledge of German, Spanish or French.
