Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive, user-centred interfaces and experiences across digital products and services.
Translate user needs, business requirements, and insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct and support user research, usability testing, and design validation activities.
Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and service designers.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards.
Support development teams by providing clear design specifications and implementation guidance.
Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and user insights.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX and UI practices and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5+ years' experience in UI Design, Product Design, UX/UI Design or related disciplines.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and problem-solving capability.
Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
Experience conducting usability testing and applying user research insights to design outcomes.
Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
Experience working within Agile and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
Australian Citizen with active NV1 Security Clearance.
