Must have Skills:

  • Assist in providing support and resolution for scanning and vulnerability remediation reporting issues.
  • Stay current with vulnerability information across all the products in the environment.
  • Perform on demand scanning activities to different engineering teams.
  • Assist in ensuring scan results are presented in appropriate dashboards, reports, and forwarded to other teams as necessary during the ad-hoc requests.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts and principles.
  • Drive vulnerability remediation with internal stakeholders including Engineering teams.
  • Hands on experience on Qualys vulnerability management tool.
  • Support Awareness and training activities and help develop & refine documentation.
  • Have a willingness to grow and take on more challenging incidents that may require additional investigation.
  • Ability to multi-task in handling several open incidents simultaneously.
  • Adapt to continuous process improvements and change requests as needed.
  • Experience in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to discuss technical issues and communicate risk in business-relevant language.

Preferred to have Skills:

  • Preferred to have knowledge in ServiceNow CMDB module.
  • Strong willingness to research to stay updated on the latest vulnerabilities, exploits and security best practices.
  • Experience in scripting languages (Python …)
