We are looking for a new colleague to join our Electrification Division in a leadership role as a Production Supervisor.

The selected candidate will be part of the Instrument Transformers and Sensors production department. The main responsibility of this role is to lead and maintain a production team of 20–50 employees, ensuring the achievement of defined production targets and deadlines. The role also involves close cooperation with the Engineering, Technology, and Process Engineering departments to drive continuous improvement in performance, safety, and job satisfaction.

This role is contributing to the ELDS division, Brno (Vídeňská site).

Work model: onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a reliable and professional team capable of handling standard custom production of current and voltage transformers

• Lead the production team to achieve KPIs such as OTD (On-Time Delivery), performance, efficiency, and productivity, including in a three-shift operation

• Define short- and long-term objectives with respect to key metrics such as workforce size, performance, and corresponding compensation

• Ensure continuous improvement, training, development, and upskilling of the team

• Report results, proposals, and improvement initiatives

• Be responsible for and cooperate on maintaining and developing technological equipment

• Collaborate on the optimization of production and maintenance software tools (SAP, MES, etc.)

Requirements:

• Secondary or university education in a technical field (electrical, mechanical, or IT)

• Communicative level of English (for interaction with colleagues and/or international suppliers; German or Russian is an advantage)

• Logical thinking and analytical skills

• Independence, proactive problem-solving approach, attention to detail, precision, and technical mindset

• Willingness to learn and continuously develop

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in a similar position

• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, MES

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
