Essential Job Duties:

  • Develops Power BI Dashboards to enable business performance, analytics and business process improvements projects for Fortrea Patient Access

  • Create ad-hoc reports as needed for program teams and clients

  • Create program or internal team specific solutions for reporting needs and challenges

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently and within and across teams

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with senior-level management

Experience:

  • Minimum of two to four (2-4) years of professional experience

  • Thorough knowledge of Power BI Data Structuring and Dashboard Creation

  • Knowledge of maintaining database on SQL Server and SQL Queries

  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge in VBA and Advanced excel to create automation through VBA Macros

  • Able to resolve key data issues involving the quality and consistency of data for analytical purposes

  • Ability to work to deadlines and effective time management

  • Works efficiently and effectively in a matrix environment

  • Work from Bangalore Office – 5 days in a week

  • Flexible to work in evening and/or night shifts (IST) if required as per business needs

Education/Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s University/College degree (Finance/IT or Any other related field) or Certification in a related profession from an appropriate accredited institution AND 2-4 years work experience as a Reporting/Data analyst
