Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare export documentation and arrange parcel, freight, and international shipments according to customer requirements.
• Generate Bills of Lading, process shipping paperwork, and transmit daily shipping documents.
• Track and trace shipments and resolve shipping complaints or issues.
• Classify and apply correct values and country‑of‑origin details for dutiable shipments.
• Verify accuracy of outgoing shipments, packing lists, and orders; maintain accurate shipping records.
• Prepare packaging for domestic and international shipments.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers.
• Prepare reports as needed and perform standardized duties in compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with all EHS and PPE requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one (1) year of related logistics, shipping, or warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., work around loud machinery, and perform repetitive motion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hazmat Ground Shipper Certification (DOT) or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Experience preparing export documents or international shipment packaging.
