Job Summary
Synechron seeks a Risk Developer to bridge technology delivery with risk governance and regulatory compliance. This role focuses on designing and implementing risk-aware software solutions, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering data-driven insights to support governance, risk, and compliance objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth across modern platforms with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with organizational risk standards.
Software Requirements

Lead the development and implementation of technology initiatives that address risk, governance, and compliance requirements, leveraging emerging technologies
Mentor and guide team members to achieve project objectives and ensure high-quality deliverables
Identify, evaluate, and pilot new technology solutions to improve risk management processes and business operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and risk standards
Stay current with technology trends and industry developments; translate insights into actionable plans
Drive governance, risk, and compliance considerations across programs
Develop and maintain technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Day-to-Day Activities
Engage with stakeholders to understand risk and compliance requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Lead and participate in planning, design reviews, and risk assessments for technology initiatives
Develop, review, and maintain technical specifications, architectures, and governance controls
Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing
Design and monitor risk-aware systems, ensuring security, reliability, and compliance
Track progress, manage dependencies, and escalate risks as needed
Stay current with industry trends and advise on adopting beneficial technologies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Certifications in architecture, cloud, security, or data analytics are a plus
