As a Digital Design Engineer, a typical day involves designing and implementing digital circuits and systems with a focus on optimizing logic, timing, and power consumption. The role includes writing register transfer level code, simulating designs, and verifying their functionality to ensure they meet performance standards. Collaboration is a key aspect, working closely with physical design, verification, and software teams to integrate and validate the digital design within the broader system. This position requires a balance of technical precision and teamwork to deliver efficient and reliable digital solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure design quality and adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve integration challenges and optimize system performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Experience in creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
- Ability to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Strong knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards to ensure inclusive design.
- Familiarity with design tools and software used for creating interactive and responsive user interfaces.
- Capability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders to iterate and refine design solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
