Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ) 

• Verify condition of stamping tools at supplier that will reach tooling life. and indicate the condition tool to determine whether it can continue to be used or needs to be rebuilt. Including summary report.
• Support the team to verify stamping tool design for engineering change or new program. And work with COE to approve stamping concept before supplier build tool.
• Support the team to solve stamping tool problems at suppliers during project development or after mass production.
• Support the team to buy off stamping parts at suppliers, sub-supplier which will include GMAW welding of metal parts.

• Follow customers’ requirements 

HSE Expectation: (ความคาดหวังด้านความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม) 

• Communicating often in safety: safety talk, finding status and all JSA/Risk assessment, PEIL, environmental aspect up to date for routine, non-routine. 

• Immediate action once safety issue present in workplace, correcting unsafe condition promptly. 

• Voluntary to join Safety meeting to be BBSO program and participated in high risk activities, Safety audit in the work place by checklist. 

• To involve & engage in Safety Activity and initiative: JCMS, CCRM, safety week, 5S, HSE training, wear proper PPE. 

• Review all change: process, lay out, new material before implement, new machine. 

Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences) 

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical preferred)
• Requires setup experience in relation to fabrication; stamping, bending, press manufacturing at least 5 years of experience
• Requires good hand-eye coordination
• Requires patient, quality conscious work ethic regarding detail of work.
• Requires technical background experience and training.
• Ability to use machine tools and precision measuring equipment required to perform set up procedures.
• Must be able to work in a teamwork environment.
