YOUR ROLE

As Ordering Supervisor on our team, you will: Follow-up on supplier orders to ensure on-time and proper delivery to the plant in order to meet customer requirements.
Control optimal inventory levels to avoid excess or shortages of material at the plant.

In your daily job you will:

• Supplier follow-up using critical sheets for material shipment

• Monitoring of critical materials to avoid impact at the plant

• Inventory control to prevent excess and/or obsolescence

• Generation of various area-related reports

• Compliance with area metrics (OSA, QVC, SDQIPK)

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• +5 years of experience ordering process

• Degree in Administration, Engineering, or Information Technology

• Negotiation skills

• Ordering models

• Execution of the ordering process

• Risk and opportunity analysis

• OSA / QVC / SQDIPK, as applicable

• Basic SAP navigation

• EHS policies and objectives
