2：掌握进出口报关、清关流程及常用单证（报关单、发票、装箱单等）。

3：了解海关监管政策和保税区相关法规。

4：熟悉物流与仓储管理基础知识，能处理库存、运输、配送等工作。

5：能使用常见的办公软件和ERP/WMS系统（如Excel、金二、单一窗口等）。

6：具备一定的英语基础，能阅读和填写英文单据。

7：具备良好的沟通协调能力、责任心和数据准确性意识。
