UMB’s Healthcare Services team delivers healthcare payment solutions including custodial services for health savings accounts (HSAs) and private label, multipurpose debit cards to insurance carriers, third-party administrators, software companies, employers and financial institutions. UMB Healthcare Services is one of the top custodians in the country and is a growing team within UMB, with a focus on an expanding product set along with customized solutions tailored to our partners. This team is critical to UMB’s growth strategy and allows our customers to have a single relationship for their banking and HSA needs.

As the Healthcare Services Compliance Analyst, you will provide leadership and oversight of compliance and risk management requirements for lines of business.

How you’ll spend your time:  

  • You will partner with business unit to identify potential risk, provide guidance on effective mitigation strategies and implement necessary controls to limit risk exposure.  
  • You will create, implement and administer a supplemental third party onboarding and oversight program for Healthcare Services clients.
  • You will lead and assist business partners in defining corrective actions to resolve issues identified by regulatory examinations, internal audits, self-assessments, or Corporate Risk Management observations.
  • You will conduct transaction testing, as needed, to validate regulatory compliance of product and service enhancements

We are excited to talk with you if:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (w/ strong emphasis in Accounting or Finance)
  • You have a least two (2) years compliance or audit experience with a financial institution or consulting firm
  • You can demonstrate working knowledge and understanding of consumer compliance and operational risk concerns specific to the Healthcare Services line of business.

Compensation Range:

$57,760.00 - $124,170.00

The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
