This position requires continuous monitoring and fine-tuning of database environments to meet organizational needs and support business operations effectively.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database integrity and security.
- Monitor database performance and implement changes to improve efficiency.
- Document database configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist junior team members in understanding database concepts and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- Experience in database backup and recovery strategies.
- Knowledge of database security principles and access control.
- Ability to optimize and tune database queries for performance.
- Familiarity with database monitoring and alerting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to database issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
