Shoal Creek Physical Therapy is hiring a Full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist!

Shift:

• 8:00AM -5:00PM Monday - Friday (flexible)
• No Weekends / No Holidays
• Some travel possible

Requirements:

• MO Physical Therapist License

Job Description:

- Evaluate client's post-impairment, injury, or illness.

- Design and implement personalized physical therapy treatment plans post-physician referral.

- Interventions include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, functional retraining, and more.

- Conduct periodic client reassessments to gauge intervention effectiveness and assist in discharge planning.

- Supervise treatment by students, technicians, or physical therapist assistants.

- Recommend client care strategies to the healthcare team for holistic rehabilitation.

- Delegate tasks and provide guidance to supportive staff.

- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.

Applicable Experience:

Less than 1 year

Physical Therapist (MO) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration

Bachelor's Degree - Physical Therapy
