Job location:

•   hybrid from Wrocław

Job description

  • processing suppliers’ queries accurately and in compliance with account standards

  • answering calls and e-mails from suppliers

  • contacting internal and external partners

  • dealing with suppliers’ documents

  • performing actions required by management

Main technologies

  • SAP

  • MS Office

An ideal candidate should have

  • 1+ year of experience in AP department

  • experience in working with SAP

  • fluency in French and English in speaking and writing

  • advanced knowledge of MS Office

  • very good interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Communicative knowledge of Italian will be a strong advantage
