Summary

Plan Advisors is committed to supporting our Agency and Broker partners with the excellent resources they need to be successful. The focus of this role is to ensure the successful migration of all Plan Advisors operational processes into the new CRM system. A successful candidate will be knowledgeable of the policies and procedures various carriers to ensure our systems adequately support and execute all operational interactions including but not limited to onboarding procedures, appointments and the reporting of organizational structures and results.

Major Responsibilities

Ensure CRM system can be leveraged to:

  • Support Onboarding Functions
    • Send contracting and onboarding invitations
    • Follow-up on contract invitations
    • Assist with Certification steps and navigation
    • Assist in ensuring agent is ready to sell (RTS)
    • Communicate demographic information to Agents via web portal
  • Support Agency Management
    • Automated document routing to appropriate departments (ABTFs, DAAFs, Licenses, E&O, etc.)
    • Access Agency Reports
    • Dynamically update Agency information
    • Accurately report on agency results
    • Fulfilling enrollment material supply needs
    • Viewing pay statements and submitting pay audits as needed
    • Promoting E&O options through Plan Advisors
    • Capture and Report on Compliance audits
    • Organize company procedures.
  • Broker Agency Service
    • Ensure requests for service items can be captured, routed, and fulfilled via CRM system
  • Internal Operations
    • Ensure Plan Advisors CRM can receive communications, route concerns, and respond in a timely manner
    • Ensure system can improve team communicate via automatic account updates
    • Ensure system tracks updates and changes to accounts and that changes are viewable to entire team on-demand
    • Recommend and implement process automation when viable
