Digital Sales Team @ Autodesk

Position Overview

Digital Sales Representatives at Autodesk focus on understanding our customers’ business challenges and objectives through inbound calls and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to sell our solutions digitally. We interact with clients at all levels, in various industries, across specific geographical markets. Our primary responsibility is to develop and close digital deals while nurturing and building long-lasting relationships between our customers and Autodesk. When more specialized and in-depth discovery is needed, we collaborate with Territory Sales Representatives to drive the deal to close. This role is target-based with exciting incentives and a competitive, over-achievable compensation plan. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify business opportunities, transacting business directly from inbound hotlines and outbound calls with the help of MQLs

  • Fully qualify and map key stakeholders, business processes, and technical requirements on deals

  • Transition qualified opportunities for up-selling to the appropriate sales representative or partner if necessary

  • Drive additional revenue opportunities by identifying up-sell opportunities or applying incremental programs/promotions initiated by sales management

  • Create and manage all leads and opportunities using Salesforce, practicing excellent pipeline and lead management and organization

  • Manage and organize time effectively across a variety of responsibilities such as outbound calls, inbound calls, processing orders, advancing opportunities, training, administration, and career development

  • Represent Autodesk favorably and professionally, leveraging our resources to meet customer needs

Minimum Qualifications

  • A passion for sales and a commitment to continuous learning

  • Proficiency in French (native or fluent) and fluent English

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage in outbound calling

  • Familiarity with sales processes and selling methodologies

  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage challenging situations positively and constructively

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to work hard to learn and succeed

  • Team player with a self-starter attitude and results-oriented mindset

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships within the sales team and with sales support to enhance the customer experience

  • Capability to manage a complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in software or SaaS inbound or outbound sales environments, interacting with clients at various levels, is a plus

  • Experience in closing business directly using appropriate tools/systems is a plus
