Order Management Specialist

As an Order Management Specialist, you are responsible for processing customer orders end-to-end—including returns when necessary—by diligently coordinating manual and automated orders and ensuring full oversight across all channels to secure timely delivery of goods to the customer.


Your role:

  • Manage an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring all orders—manual or automated—are processed accurately and on time, including returns when needed.

  • Oversee the full order lifecycle in SAP, coordinating with the warehouse and 3PL partners from order entry through delivery, and resolving issues proactively.

  • Communicate regularly with customers and Sales via email and calls to provide clear order status updates and address follow-up needs.

  • Analyze reports, track open orders, and collaborate cross-functionally (Supply Planning, Warehouse, Quality, Marketing, and others) to ensure timely fulfillment.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities, escalating issues when necessary, and supporting month-end activities to ensure all deliveries are completed.

 You're the right fit if:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in areas such as supply chain, order processing, order management or equivalent areas.

  • You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent combination of education and above listed experience.

  • You are knowledgeable in SAP, or an equivalent ERP systems and MS Office Suite (advanced Excel). Power BI is a plus.

  • You are a customer-focused professional with critical thinking, strong communication skills, and innovative problem-solving skills.

  • You are flexible to work outside regular hours, including overtime and Panamanian holidays, may be necessary to meet operational requirements.

  • You have advanced English proficiency—both written and spoken.
