Your tasks:

As a (Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d) you will lead highly and complex integrative projects in context of the global transformation of our business in full accountability.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Project Ownership: Take full accountability for leading highly and complex integrative projects along the whole project lifecycle from requirements definition until successful business application.

  • Cross-Functional Responsibility: Ensure that business concepts clearly defined, aligned and implemented across all work streams within our global business transformation program as well as the transition architecture including old legacy systems.

  • Harmonization of Business Requirements: Collaborate with our sales regional teams to harmonize business requirements, shaping the future releases (new template) or change requests (old legacy systems) of our global process template to maximize business value.

  • Strategic anchoring: Drive cross-functional business topics which cannot be assigned to one natural business owner and ensure that strategic direction is in place or developed and aligned on business-side.

  • Project Management Excellence: Continuously refine project management methodologies, utilizing agile, waterfall or hybrid approaches as appropriate for each project.

  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Finally, you will be a central partner to our ITS business units, ensuring timely and comprehensive involvement of all stakeholders from the business, work closely with our global business transformation project streams and experts from business process management and change management areas.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your qualifications:

  • You have a degree in business informatics, industrial engineering & management or business administration

  • You have at least five years of relevant work experience in the areas of project management, process management or lean management

  • You are experienced in leading project teams in business transformation context including key aspects of business process management, data management and cultural change management

  • A deep understanding of sales processes in the industrial sector (B2B) characterizes your profile

  • You possess strong methodological (project-, lean- and/or quality-management) and analytical skills as well as the necessary sensitivity for the human side

  • Your team-oriented approach, implementation strength, and self-initiative distinguish you

  • Fluency in German and English distinguishes you

  • You see yourself as a supporter of your employees and a partner of the business areas to achieve the best possible common goals
