Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Conduct professional visits and discussions with healthcare providers in your assigned region. - Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to foster collaboration and trust. - Stay updated on medical knowledge and apply it effectively in daily promotional activities. - Collect and report accurate information on disease diagnosis and treatment trends. - Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and supporting team goals. - Ensure all activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and local regulations. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or biology. - At least one year of work experience, ideally in medical sales or related fields. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collect and use information effectively. - Proficiency in basic computer applications like Word and Excel. - Basic English listening, speaking, and reading skills. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Analytical and business planning skills. - Persistent, enthusiastic, and optimistic attitude. - Integrity and patient-centered approach. - Ability to influence and collaborate within a team. - Experience working in multinational pharmaceutical companies. - Willingness to travel as required by business needs. Work Environment This role is on-site and requires regular travel within the assigned region.
